Your brain believes what you do repeatedly, not what you promise yourself.
- Track one spending day
- Transfer $25 automatically
- Read 10 pages of a wealth book
- Say no to one non-essential purchase
Stack enough of these tiny wins? Your identity shifts almost against your will.
Step 4: Add Accountability
Being “serious this time” works for like 48 hours.
Being watched works for life.
Accountability can be:
- A mentor
- A community
- A spouse or friend
- Even just tracking daily wins on paper
You don’t need motivation, you need resistance.
